Our Foodbank is run by local people for local people – we rely on the community’s support to ensure we can continue to stop people going hungry. Can you invest in the future of our project and help us provide much-needed support to people in crisis in our community?
Summer appeal
Last summer we provided 3955 food parcels including feeding 1351 children and we expect to be supporting more families with food parcels this summer. Finding the money to provide three meals and snacks per day for six weeks is too much for most our families. Most our parents/carers work hard but it’s still not enough. We’ve noticed children returning to school in September undernourished, tired and their mental health negatively impacted.
